ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider her representation dated 02.04.2019, regarding her transfer as a Staff Nurse from the third respondent Hospital to the fourth respondent Hospital or any other Government Hospital in the place of Tirunelveli under Spouse Quota, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the petitioner, she made a representation to the first respondent on 02.04.2019 seeking to transfer her as a Staff Nurse from the third respondent Hospital to the fourth respondent Hospital, but no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
