Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Proc.No.19149/ST1/2018-3 dated 01.08.2018 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to post the petitioner for Craft Inspector Training in the Institute at Guindy, Chennai.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Proc.No.19149/ST1/2018-3 dated 01.08.2018 insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to post the petitioner for Craft Inspector Training in the Institute at Guindy, Chennai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner, being a physically challenged person, is permitted to attend the Machinist training at Guindy, Chennai as it was allotted to the petitioner earlier for attending such training.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed. The petitioner shall report for such training at Madras on or before 04.09.2018. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.is closed.
