For Respondent : K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420, 294(b), 506(1) IPC and Sections 4 and 3 of Prize Chit and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 in Crime No.1 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier this Court by an order dated 07.10.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10306 of 2020 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the petitioner is a habitual offender and also having seven previous cases against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
