[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Mr.T.R.Janarthanan, Learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the Respondents.

2. Heard both sides. No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents.

3. By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. According to the Petitioner, in Athuppatti coming under Thuvarankurichi Village, there is a Murugan Temple and the people from the same place have encroached upon the land belonging to the said Murugan Temple and they are endeavouring to put up construction. As such, they are to be restrained and also the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Temple place is to be measured on four sides. In this regard, the Petitioner has made a representation to the third Respondent/Tahsildar, Marungapuri, Trichy District. But the same ended in vain. Again, there was another representation made on 16.10.2017 before the Respondents 1 to 3, for which also, there is no action being taken by the Respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2017 and 16.10.2017 have not met with any positive results till this date, this Court, at this stage, simpliciter, without going into the merits and contents of the matter, directs the third Respondent to look into the representations of the Petitioner dated 25.09.2017 and 16.10.2017 and dispose of the said representations, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, of course, after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, by adhering to the Principles of Natural Justice.

6. With the aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s), the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
