ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that without obtaining any No Objection Certificate, an electric pole has been laid in his property, has filed this writ petition.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of this writ petition, the Board has removed the pole. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the said submission and the endorsement so made, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
