For Respondent : Ms.M.AnanthaDevi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.381 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is a sole accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. and Section 21(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), Act, 1957, in Crime No.381 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported 1/4 Unit of river sand using bullock cart. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.12065 of 2020 4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
