ORDER

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to give necessary permission of Kumbabisekam to Arulmigu Kalagatha Kanda Vinayagar Temple, Devakottai on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2025, 27.02.2025 and 15.05.2025.

3. Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. He submitted that the respondents are very much interested and inclined to conduct Kumbabisekam on 07.07.2025, for which, the petitioner is very much happy.

4. Recording the above submission, this Court hereby directs the respondents to give necessary permission for the conduct of Kumbabisekam and conduct the same on 07.07.2025.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
