ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to sanction and pay 90% of petitioner's provident fund contribution lying in the credit of petitioner's provident fund to meet out the marriage expenses of his younger daughter, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.J. Senthil Kumaraiah, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Though this Writ Petition has been filed to give a positive direction to the respondents, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2019.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the 1st respondent as per the Rules and Regulations of the Board, within a specified time that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner before this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
