The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted. The papers to be served in advance to the learned Special Government Pleader and it is made clear that the writ petition to be filed by the petitioner will be disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
