This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from opening the TASMAC Retail Outlet (Liquor Shops) in Aranthangi-Karaikudi State Highway in Alapiranthan Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering the petitioner representation dated 16.07.2018.

2.The petitioner has made a representation dated 16.07.2018, to the first respondent, stating that the proposed liquor shop situates opposite to the school and contrary to the orders of the Hon'ble Apex Court, which is yet to be considered.

3.Considering the same, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
