The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the second respondent in CMA(MD)No.29 of 2013 by way of paper publication in one issue of a local Tamil daily newspaper 'Malai Malar' having circulation in Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Tirunelveli Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 17.06.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 06.06.2026.

4. Post the matter on 17.06.2026.
