For Respondent : Mrs.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.397 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A-2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.397 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported One Unit of river sand through Tractor. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner.

5. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
