O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that the Electric Transformer had been erected by the first respondent herein in his Patta land in Survey No.163/2 at Kothapatti Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to relocate the Electric Transformer installed in his Patta land.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the impleaded fourth respondent relied upon the survey report of the Village Administrative Officer, dated 26.10.2017 and submitted the Electric Transformer has been installed only in Survey No.164 and not in Survey No.163/2 as claimed by the petitioner. As such, the petitioner cannot have any grievance with regard to the installation of the Electric Transformer. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
