ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that FIR has been registered for offence under Section 379 IPC. Since the FIR is pending against the petitioner, the petition not to harass is not maintainable, since the same would amount to interfere with the investigation. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
