This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in the FIR in Crime No.69 of 2018 by the first respondent against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and the respondent Police have filed a final report in CC No.56 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Srivilliputhur for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324, 506 (i) of IPC and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.

3.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives in this petition. This criminal original petition is dismissed.
