ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take appropriate action against the accused and secure her in connection with Crime No.30 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner against one Faritha Begum, a crime has been registered in Crime No.30 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. After registering the F.I.R, the respondent police has not taken any action against the said Faritha Begum. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and a negative final report was filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and the copy of R.C.S was also sent to the petitioner herein.

4.Considering the fact that after completing investigation, a negative final report has been filed before the Concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and the copy of referred charge sheet was also sent to the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication.
