O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 3rd Respondent Not to Harass the Petitioner based on his representation dated 05.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a issue between the brothers. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against the respondents 4 and 5 a case in Crime NO.655 of 2022 was registered on 24.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 of IPC. Subsequent to that a counter complaint has been given by the private respondents and it is kept pending. 3.Let the above said counter complaint be disposed off by summoning the parties concerned, within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. There is no harassment at this stage. The petitioner has to co-operate for the enquiry. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
