ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21(1) of the Tamilnadu Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act, in crime No.58 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused were illegally transported three unit of sand by using tipper lorry. Hence, the complaint.

3.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
