2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report was filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai.

3. In view of the said submission nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
