(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that indiscriminately water is being tapped and used for commercial purposes, a representation has been given by the petitioner on 26.09.2017. Thereafter, the present petition has been filed since the illegal tapping has been going on despite the representation.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 & 6 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5. 3.Considering the submissions made on both sides, we direct the respondent Nos.3 and 6 to take appropriate action by considering the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
