ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to provide suitable employment to the petitioner
according to her educational qualification in the office of the fourth respondent on compassionate ground within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father was employed as Mazdoor under the fourth respondent from 01.02.1979 and he died on 01.02.1990, while he was in service. Hence, the petitioner made several applications and finally on 05.06.2015 to the respondents seeking compassionate appointment. Since the same have not been considered so far, the present Writ Petition came to be filed by the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation/application of the petitioner dated 05.06.2015 seeking compassionate appointment, if there are no other legal impediments and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
