For Respondent : Mrs.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 121 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused (Rank not known) apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in 121 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant parked the bullet two wheeler in front of his house and the same was stolen by somebody. Hence, the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is having 6 previous cases similar in nature.
6.Taking into considering the fact that the petitioner is having six previous cases similar in nature, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is absolutely necessary. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
