: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 3rd Respondent and quash the impugned order vide MSCR SARFAAESI REP REPLY 02/2017/rk dated 20.10.2017 and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to instruct the 3rd Respondent not to initiate any further action on the impugned demand notice under section 13

(2) of SARFAESI Act issued by the 3rd Respondent vide proceeding No.MSCR SARFAESI 01/2017/rk dated 22.06.2017 and consequently direct the 1st & 2nd Respondents to instruct the 3rd Respondent to take necessary steps to protect M/s.RDM Chamber brick/kiln Unit by providing revival measures of Rural Industrial Unit in terms of the Government guideline, RBI Directives and lending norms of the bank on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2017.
