O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, now enquiry is pending. On the earlier occasion on the basis of the complaint and counter complaint given by both sides over a dispute of the property a case in Crime NO.4 of 2023, 87 of 2023 and 3 of 2023 have been registered. All the three matters are pending. Now pending investigation, the present complaint has been given by the fourth respondent which is pending in C.S.R.No.278 of 2023.

3.Even though the suit filed by the fourth respondent was dismissed for default, since it is civil in nature, let the above said C.S.R.No.278 of 2023 be closed by directing the parties to workout their remedy in the pending proceedings.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
