For Respondent : Ms.M.AnanthaDevi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1595 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A-1 & A-2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. r/w Section 21(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation)Act, 1957, in Crime No.1595 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners said to have illegally transported Savadu sand using Tractor. Hence, a case has been registered.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that both the petitioners were already arrested and remanded into judicial custody and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12056 of 2020 subsequently, they were enlarged on bail by order dated 02.11.2020 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy. The submission is recorded.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
