ORDER
This petition is filed seeking not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein.
2.Finding that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife, the matter was referred to mediation, by the order dated 24.08.2021.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the mediation process failed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner handed over 3 sovereigns of gold jewels to the 3rd respondent and gave a statement to the effect that he will workout his remedy before the appropriate forum. On that basis, it came to be closed on 01.10.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12090 of 2021 4.Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. The parties shall workout their remedies in the pending HMOP.No.72 of 2021 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai.
5.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
