ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the review petitioner.

2. This Review Application has been filed to review the judgment of this Court dated 09.06.2007, passed in S.A.No.677 of 1997, mainly on the ground that, this Court, without considering the entire documents, dismissed the Second Appeal filed by the review petitioner herein.

3. Therefore, this Court, on a perusal of the judgment passed in S.A.No.677 of 1997, dated 09.06.2007, has found that the grounds raised in this Review Application is also dealt with and it is against the review petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the present Review Application is filed only to non suit the very judgment itself.
