ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a mandamus, to forbear the respondents from changing the name of the petitioner's village from "Puliyadi colony" to "Dr.Ambedkar Nagar", by considering his representation, dated 04.10.2016.

2.Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Needles to say that the issue involved in this case is not within the domain of this Court, at present, as it is for the Government to look into all these aspects and decide the name of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the village.

5.Therefore, I find that the petitioner cannot seek for a mandamus that to forbear the respondents from changing the name of the village. Accordingly, I find no merits in the writ petition. Thus, the same is dismissed. No costs.
