For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.277 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 511 and 353 I.P.C., in Crime No.277 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported the river sand. Hence, a case has been registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.13044 of 2020 5.This is the second application and there is no change of circumstances to entertain this application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having three previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
