For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.47 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b),353 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.47 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence when the defacto complainant went to the Taluk officer, the petitioner invited him, abused him in filthy language and also threatened him. Hence, the complaint.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner already involved in six previous cases and also the fact that there
is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition even after the dismissal of the earlier petition, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
