ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 294(b),353 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.46 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein had cut down lot of wild oak trees and carried the oak trees in the tractor and when the same was questioned by the revenue officials, the petitioner herein abused them and also prevented them from discharging their duties and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner already involved in six previous cases and also the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition even after the dismissal of the earlier petition, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
