ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 29(1) and 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.345 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
