This petition has been filed to forbear the respondent police from interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioners on the one hand and the private respondent on the other. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint received against the petitioners were enquired into and closed on 09.09.2021. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the respondents 3 and 4 will not interfere in the said civil dispute.
