Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2023, which was given for conducting survey in S.No.522/4A measuring an extent of 82 cents of punja land situated at Sattambadi Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District having Patta No.2678 and direct the fourth and fifth respondents to provide adequate police protection while conducting survey. The writ petition has been filed seeking survey of the land in Survey No. 522/4A, measuring 82 cents at Sattambadi Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District having Patta No.2678.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader had forwarded records which indicate that survey had already been conducted and the husband of the petitioner has also signed the acknowledgment. 2/4
3.This Writ Petition therefore, stands dismissed.
