PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 101 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.09.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 392 and 397 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. Earlier the petitioner was granted bail and subsequently the petitioner failed to appear before the trial court hence Non Bailable Warrant was issued. Thereafter the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.09.2019, hence seeking bail the present application is filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that petitioner herein was secured after much difficulty and if he is released on bail, he will indulge in similar types of offences again. He would also submit that 18 previous cases are pending against him.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
