ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 427 and 506(2) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.135 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had earlier moved an anticipatory bail Petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.18729 of 2019 and by order dated 13.12.2019 he was granted anticipatory bail by this Court. However, the petitioner did not furnish sureties as directed by this Court and suppressing the same, this petition is filed. He would further submit that the petitioner is involved in twelve other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cases in Crime Nos.187 of 2021, 557, 87 and 56 of 2020, 52 and 50 of 2019, 536 and 323 of 2017, 77 of 2015, 46 of 2014 and 308 of 2012 on the file of the respondent Police and Crime No.8 of 2013 on the file of Kenikarai Police Station.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the previous anticipatory bail petition and order passed therein was not informed to him.
