O R D E R

The order of the writ Court was to consider the representation of the petitioner, whereby, he has sought for disbursement of certain monetary 1/4

benefits, pursuant to his retirement. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent, whereby, the second respondent has forwarded the proposal for such payment to the Accountant General, which is said to be pending before him.

2. In view of the action taken by the second respondent herein, the disobedience alleged by the petitioner herein cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. However, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the disbursement of his payment, liberty is granted to workout his remedy in accordance with law.

3. In the light of the above observations, this contempt petition stands closed.
