ORDER

By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. Alleging dispute between the petitioner and his landlord, T.R.No.4 of 2013 came to be filed, wherein, according to the petitioner, without his knowledge, a dismissal order came to be passed on 30.05.2016. When he requested a copy of the said dismissal order, the second respondent has refused to provide the same. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the first respondent on 14.09.2016, followed by a remainder dated 18.09.2017. But all his efforts failed to yield any fruitful results and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. This Court is of the view that a person, who is a necessary party in a proceedings, when claims copy of the orders passed, is entitled to receive the same, on payment of necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

charges. The act of denial on the part of respondents is not tenable.

5. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to furnish a copy of the order dated 30.05.2016, on payment of necessary charges, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished earlier. No costs.
