This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take necessary action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner lodged the complaint, dated 12.06.2022, to the second respondent, for the same, CSR.No.241 of 2022 has been issued. After that, no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR.No.241 of 2022 has been issued and for the same, enquiry is pending.
4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 12.06.2022 and take suitable action, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
