PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.577 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ A3, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 26.04.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467 and 468 of IPC in Crime No.577 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused have totally received a sum of Rs.2,10,000/- from the defacto complainant for getting job in Poland country. Thereafter he neither secured job nor returned money. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A2 in this case was granted bail by the District Court and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.04.2023, hence he seeks bail.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused cheated more than 158 persons to the tune of more than Rs.2 Crores. Further still now no recovery has been made, hence he objected to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Though A2 was granted bail by the District Court he is only working under A1 and A3. Further the petitioner along with other accused cheated more than 158 persons to the tune of more than Rs.2 Crores for getting job in Poland and they have also received their passports and all the passports are in their custody. Taking into consideration the gravity of offence and also taking note of the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case even after dismissal of the earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
