ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Special Grade Driver of the respondent Transport Corporation seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation, dated 08.06.2022.
2. The petitioner had sought for medical leave for a period of 21 days from 23.05.2022. However, the Management has chosen not to sanction the medical leave and have declared the said period as 'absent'. For cancelling the said order, the petitioner has given a representation on 08.06.2022 to the first respondent herein.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the first respondent herein to consider the said representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
