Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam to dispose the suit in O.S.No.26 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Papanasam as expeditiously as possible within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Considering the innocuous relief which is prayed for in the civil revision petition, while Mr.SRA.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for R8 to R12, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered at the admission stage itself without notice to the other respondents.

2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the following terms:

(i)The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, is requested to dispose of the the suit in O.S.No.26 of 2020 as expeditiously as

possible, in any event, not later than six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
