The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Junior Assistant in the third respondent Corporation by relaxing necessary Rules, in consideration of the Petitioner's representation, dated 30.07.2018.

5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.07.2018 pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
