2. The petitioner's request for premature release has been rejected vide G.O.(D)No.454 Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 08.04.2024. It is for the petitioner to challenge the same.

3. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
