(MD) No. 7409 of 2021 dated 29.06.2021 and pass any further order or orders as this Hon`ble Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 7409 of 2021 dated 29.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 directing them to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Only) with sureties, the petitioners has not furnished the sureties and deposited the amount.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 could not comply the conditions as directed by this Court, because the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.No.6772 of 2021 on 15.09.2021 has stayed the order passed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.7409 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the fact that the Hon'ble Apex Court has stayed the order passed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.7409 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
