Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/27904/2012, dated 10.09.2014 and quash the same and consequently restore the order passed by the second respondent with regard to the assignment of free plots vide his proceedings in Aa7.6987/83 in connection with the property situated in survey No.1475/1A, Seevalperi Village Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The petitioner submitted that the property in Survey No.1475/1A at Seevalperi Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District to an extent of 0.03 cents was assigned under free patta vide proceedings in Aa7.6987/83 in favour of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

husband. After the death of her husband, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said property. The second respondent, by his impugned order dated 10.09.2014 in Na.Ka.No.A3/27904/2012, cancelled the patta granted in favour of one Mariyappan and Kavitha. Challenging the said impugned order the said Kavitha filed a Writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.15561 of 2014 before this Court and this Court by order dated 31.07.2017, dismissed the Writ petition.

It is seen that the above said impugned order has been issued against one Kavitha and she has challenged the same by filing the above said Writ petition and the same was also dismissed by this Court. It is also seen that the petitioner is no way connected with the impugned order and hence, the petitioner has no locus standi to challenge the same. Under such circumstances, without any rhyme or reason challenging the impugned order, which cannot be entertained by this Court. Accordingly, the Writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
