This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere or involve in the civil transaction issue between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 which is already subjudice before the Competent Civil Court I.e., the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District vide O.S.No.47 of 2022 and also discontinue the harassment, torture on the petitioner and her family forthwith.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents. In this connection, a civil suit in O.S.No.47 of 2022 is pending on the file of the District Munsif, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. While that being so, on a false complaint given by the 3rd and 4th respondents, the police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 gave a complaint against this petitioner and a case has been registered in Crime No. 155 of 2022, for the offences under Sections 427, 448, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C, dated 27.06.2022.
