This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.03.2017 as per the circular No. 67 and to cancel the document on the file of the 3rd respondent in respect of the property in Survey No. 701, 782/1,2,3,4 at Malapatti, Balakrishnapuram, Dindigul.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Circular 67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the Registration Department has already been withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is closed. No costs.
