ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, Madurai District to dispose of the C.C.No.69 of 2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that C.C.No.69 of 2016 is pending before the Court below for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further would submit that totally eight witnesses are to be examined in this case. Since C.C.No.69 is of the year 2016, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Usilampatti, Madurai District, to complete the entire proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
