ORDER
When this Court was about to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition on merits, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The petitioner shall present before the trial Court at the time of questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing judgment.
3. The petitioner is further directed to give an undertaking in the form of affidavit that the Counsel representing her will cross examine the prosecution witnesses on the day they are examined in chief. The petitioner shall not dispute the identity of the witnesses.
4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
